1. Introduction and Scope of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and yes55 ("Platform", "we", or "us") regarding your use of the yes55.one website and all services offered on it.

3. Member Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. This includes protecting their username and password from unauthorised access. yes55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong and unique password for your yes55 account;
• Do not share your login details with anyone;
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access;
• Keep your account information up to date and accurate at all times;
• One account may only be held by one individual — account transfers are not permitted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the yes55 platform are subject to set limits and procedures. Accepted payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method;
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction;
• Withdrawal processing time: between 10 and 45 minutes once the request is approved;
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, unless stated otherwise;
• Every transaction is subject to adequate identity verification;
• yes55 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal while a security investigation is carried out if suspicious activity is detected.

All player accounts must be personally owned — you may not make a deposit using an account or card belonging to someone else. Breaching this rule may result in the immediate freezing of your account balance.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

yes55 offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in the details of each promotion. General terms that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• The 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to RM888 is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value;
• For example: A deposit of RM100 receives a bonus of RM100 — the total wagering required is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn;
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only;
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements;
• yes55 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if promotion abuse is found to have occurred;

The yes55 VIP Programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze members are eligible for up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0% of weekly wagering value. Progression through VIP tiers depends on overall playing activity and member loyalty.

6. Game Rules and Results

All games on the yes55 platform operate using software that has been certified and independently tested. Game results are final except in the following circumstances:

• There is a significant technical disruption that affects the outcome of a game;
• An error occurs in the display of odds or payout information;
• There is clear evidence of system manipulation or fraud.

In the event of a technical disruption, yes55 reserves the right to declare the round in question void and return the wager to the member's account. For sports bets, events that are postponed, cancelled or changed in format will be processed in accordance with the yes55 sports betting rules in effect at the time the bet was placed.

The use of any third-party software, automated bots or other manipulation methods to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. This violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Player Conduct and Responsibilities

All members are expected to behave respectfully and courteously in all interactions on the yes55 platform, including the live chat rooms within live casino games. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of offensive language, threats or harassment directed at other players or staff;
• Sharing an account or allowing another person to use your account;
• Attempting to hack, manipulate or disrupt the platform's systems;
• Any form of fraud, including the use of another person's credit or debit card without authorisation;
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions improperly;
• Engaging in illegal activity or conduct that could damage yes55's reputation.

In the event of account closure due to fraud or serious breach, yes55 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the relevant account.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The yes55 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. yes55 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions or errors, although we continually work to ensure a consistent and reliable service.

• yes55 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform;
• yes55's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being made;
• yes55 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues or decisions by authorities;
• Payment of prizes or bonuses is subject to valid eligibility verification.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
